In collaboration with the Sharon Historical Society, Carol Ascher will give an illustrated talk, ‘A Chance for Land and Fresh Air: Russian Jewish Immigrants in Ellsworth and Amenia, 1907-1940,’ on Sunday, March 5, at 4pm. The talk is related to her current exhibit at the Historical Society of the same name. For those interested in seeing the exhibit before the talk, the Historical Society will be open from 2-4pm on Sunday, March 5. The talk is part of the Library’s Sundays at 4 series.
