Holiday Celebrations
The Hotchkiss Library has expanded its holiday programming for children.
Valentine's Day
In Collaboration with the Sharon Historical Society, the Hotchkiss Library presents a Tea, which features card making, history, and a delicious tea. There is no charge for this program, but registration is required.
Halloween
What started out as a small program several years ago, has expanded to include Tricks 'n Treats, pumpkin carving, and a full evening of costumes and spooky fun on the Sharon Green. All ghosts, goblins (and their parents, of course) are welcome.
Christmas
Each year, on the day of the Christmas Tree lighting on the Sharon Green, the Hotchkiss Library hosts a celebration for the entire family. There are delicious treats, and Santa is available to speak to each child who attends. Later on, families gather on the Green to sing Christmas Carols and welcome the Holiday Season. This is a truly magical day, so please join us in celebrating the season!
