Our Collections
The Hotchkiss Library contains a collection of approximately 14,000 items, consisting of adult and children's books, magazines, videos, DVD's, audio books on CD and tape, and large print. We will soon be adding EBOOKS and an expanded selection of digital audio downloads to our collection. The Library's Connecticut Room houses a unique historical collection of books and archives dating back to the Revolutionary War and the founding of our town. This collection is available for research by appointment only.
Copies & Faxes
We have a copier and fax available for public use. Cost for copies varies depending upon size. Sending faxes is available for $1.00 per page.
Public Access Computers
The Library has three public access computers available for internet access and word processing functions. All patrons using our computers must abide by our Internet Use Policy posted at each work station.
WiFi
The Library offers wireless internet access to patrons with laptops through our open WiFi network.
Drop Boxes
For our patrons' convenience there is a drop box located to the right of the front door.
